What is Kaizen?
Kaizen is the concept that expresses providing development and decrease in costs with small but effective changes in employees, process, time and technology for the processes with the purpose of increasing the customer satisfaction and competition power within a certain period of time. The word of Kaizen consists of the words "kai" and "zen", which respectively mean change and enhancement in Japanese, and means "changing by enhancing" when considered wholly.
