Webinar from Nexans: Performance on LAN cables

Webinar about "Performance on LAN Cables" was delivered live and free through the Voltimum online portal with the presentation of Kerem Dizman, Nexans Turkey LAN Quality and Process Senior Engineer.

Over 100 participants attended the seminar, where performance and quality parameters, rights and wrongs of the application process were highlighted. At the end of the seminar, questions from the participants were answered.

During the seminar, with regards to tips on understanding the quality of a cable, the parameters directly affects the quality were examined and their performance impacts were shared regardless of the conductor size expressed as AWG.

In his presentation, Dizman explained the reasons that affect performance of LAN cables with sample visuals under different titles, such as manufacturing process related reasons, installation related reasons, and environmental noise sources. He also referred to the performance of LAN cables in the Turkish market.
