Construction:

1. Conductor: Copper
2. Fire barrier: Mica tape
3. Insulation: XLPE
4. Bedding: LSZH
5. Armour: Single layer of galvanized steel wires
6. Outer sheath: LSZH

NX400 cables should meet the F2 requirements according to BS 6387

• Resistance to fire alone, Protocol C
• Resistance to fire with water, Protocol W
• Resistance to fire with mechanical shock, Protocol Z
