1. Copper conductor wire: Solid 0.9 mm / 1.4 mm / 1.8 mm
2. Insulation: Solid Polyethylene
Laying up: Cores are helically stranded in layers
3. Assembly: Layer stranding with low permittivity filling compound
4. Wrapping: Dielectric non hygroscopic tape with overlap
5. Screen: One side copolymer coated Aluminum foil bonded to the sheath. 0.40 mm tinned copper wire shall be longitudinally contact to metal side of tape as drain wire
6. Inner sheath: Polyethylene - black
7. Bedding: Non-hygroscopic tape
8. Armour: One layer of helically applied galvanized steel tape
9. Outer sheath : Black Polyethylene UV resistant
