Cable construction

1. Copper conductor wire: Solid 0.9mm / 1.4 mm

2. Insulation: Solid Polyethylene

Laying up: Twisted quads, quads are helically stranded*

3. Wrapping: One or more dielectric non hygroscopic tape

4. Moisture Barrier:  One side copolymer coated Aluminum foil bonded to the inner sheath. 0.40 mm tinned copper wire shall be longitudinally contact to metal side of tape as drain wire

5. Inner sheath: Polyethylene - black

6. Screen: Copper wire screen

7. Bedding: Non-hygroscopic tape

8. Armour: Two layer of helically applied galvanized steel tape

9. Outer sheath : Black Polyethylene UV resistant
