Cable construction

1. Copper conductor wire: Solid 0.9mm / 1.4 mm / 1.8 mm

2. Insulation: Solid Polyethylene

Laying up: Twisted cores are helically stranded in layers

3. Water protection: Low capacitance filling compund

4. Wrapping: One or more water blocking and dielectric non hygroscopic tape

5. Moisture Barrier:  One side copolymer coated Aluminum foil bonded to the

inner sheath. 0.40 mm tinned copper wire shall be longitudinally 

contact to metal side of tape as drain wire

6. Inner sheath: LLDPE Polyethylene - black

7. Screen: Copper wire screen

8. Bedding: Non-hygroscopic tape

9. Armour: Two layer of helically applied galvanized steel tape

10. Outer sheath : Black
LLDPE Polyethylene

UV resistant

Core Identification:

First core is Blue and others are Natural in every layer.
Natural binder tape shall be applied between the layers.
